A scientific dialogue entitled: ((Maritime border agreements in the eastern Mediterranean and their impact on Libyan maritime areas))

On Monday, corresponding to November 7, 2022 AD, the Public Law Department of the College of Law, in coordination with the Research and Consultation Center, held a scientific dialogue entitled: ((Maritime border agreements in the eastern Mediterranean and their impact on Libyan maritime areas))

 During this seminar, the following topics were discussed:

 1- Principles of international law to define maritime areas and their application to the Libyan maritime borders.

 2- The legal dimension of unilateral actions in the maritime border areas in the eastern Mediterranean.

 Note that the symposium was delivered by Dr.  Omran Abdel-Salam Al-Safrani, a member of the teaching staff at the Faculty of Law, University of Tripoli, in the presence of the dean of the faculty and members of the faculty, and a number of those interested in this matter.
