Discussion of a master's thesis in criminal law

On Saturday, May 14, a master's thesis in criminal law, completed by researcher Abdel Razzaq Moftah Abu Amoud, was discussed, entitled:

   (Criminal defenses and the burden of proof).

Discussion committee:

1_ Prof. Dr. Faiza Younis Al-Basha. Supervisor and rapporteur

2_ Dr. Karima Al-Taher Amshiri, an internal member

3_ Dr. Ashraf Omran Muhammad, an external member

 After discussion and evaluation of the level and method of research followed by the student, the committee decided to accept the thesis and grant him a master's degree in criminal law with a very good grade of 82%.
